Q: I have squeezed the bottle and no drops have come out – is the bottle empty?

The bottle needs to be primed to allow the drops to flow - to prime the system remove the over cap and invert the bottle with its tip pointing down. Repeatedly pump the base until it dispenses the first drop, it is now primed and ready to use.

Remove cap, hold the bottle upside down with your thumb on the shoulder and the other fingers on the bottom of the bottle. Tilt your head back, pull the lower lid away from the eye push on the base of the bottle. After use, close the dropper again
