Super product. Easy to use. Clay is sticky at first but after you work it in your hands as they instruct, it can be smoothed into the frame space leaving you with a well supported, 1/2" thick clay section to press childs hand into. Best to moisten child's hand before making imprint. If you don't get one you like, it is easy to peel up the clay, rework smooth. Give kid a cookie to distract and try again. Worked on 5 month old great, 20 month old took a cookie and retry. Takes about 4 days for clay to get hard after imprint.

Loved the different matting it comes with (white, blue or pink). It's easy to use. My mold was dried hard as a rock because the package had a hole and there was no softening it up! I was able to make a mold to use to fit perfectly inside. Turns out very cute!

Absolutely beautiful!! I bought three so that all my children's I bought different colors when my children were born. These were handmade and beautiful crafted. I love that it's not just the picture frames but you also get the kit to do the casting. I also loved that pink blue frame and you also didn't have to to do without the frame too it still looks beautiful. The only thing I was not happy with was that the hanging part on the back is off centered on all three of mine so that was a downside but nothing I can't fix myself with just an extra nail. still would buy again

This is the second time we’ve bought this. The first was a few years ago with our first child, it has held up through moves and kids playing with it. This time around is no different. The quality is just as great and it’s so easy to use and put together.

Very cute, exactly as pictured. Couple things to keep in mind. The clay is very sticky, but workable with your hands only. The wooden rod is useless. Second, since this clay takes a long time to harden, it’s easy to redo the prints (which is helpful when working with non cooperative babies) BUT this means all fine lines and details in the clay end up smoothing out. As the clay sits, it’s super soft so it fills in the tiny cracks and details. I worked forever to get a super cute foot and handprint, and as I watched, the footprint filled in to just a basic outline. It works I guess, just not as easy to use as I had hoped. I still have it four stars since it’s exactly as they advertised.

This item was packaged so nicely, and is perfect for a gift. It was fun and easy to use, but does take some time. Make sure to knead the clay for at least 5 minutes with a timer or else it’s too sticky to use. It was difficult to remove from the plastic wrapping because of the stickiness, but it was much easier to handle after kneading. I found it easy to put the clay into the frame. Getting baby’s foot and handprints took two people though (5 week old baby). I can’t wait to add pictures! You can also use stamps to personalize this item.

I bought this for a friend who has a baby that will pass away shortly after birth. I removed some of the baby pictures in it and edited the instructions that were emailed so that they weren’t so “excited for baby” ish, if that makes sense. I was a labor and delivery nurse and had a patient that asked me to mold their baby’s footprint (that had also passed away) and so that gave me the idea to gift this. It was in a cute, but appropriate box and the person did appreciate the gift. I cannot speak about whether it will hold up and how the molding goes because I won’t be seeing that part, but it was a nice neutral gift for another person going through loss.

This is so stinkin cute! Super easy to use and I will definitely treasure this for years to come. You will need another person to help you make those cute little feet impressions though if you want them to look good. The only thing I would do differently is to place the white matte frame thing on before you make your foot/hand prints solely for the purpose so u can see the area that will show your prints, I did it and you can’t see a part of the print since that frame is covering it. Love this product though, I plan on gifting it to all the pregnant mamas I know.
