Zatarain'sCajun Injector Fat Free Creole Butter Recipe Injectable Marinade with Injector, 16 fl oz

I’m gonna use this on a pork butt and the syringe that came with it. I wanna try it out and see how it comes out pulled pork and a a really good rub on it and cook it for like 15 hours. Smoke it for at least 10 hours.

Had never used a flavor injector before but I like it, my chicken came out super juicy.

Great product! We've been injecting our Thanksgiving turkey with this for probably the past 10 years. It is hard to find at that time of year so stock up early. It adds a great flavor, and not spicy at all.

So I injected these beautiful turkey flats and Marinated them for 6 hours then shared a grateful amount of some of my finest creole seasonings herbs and other spices then gracefully deep fried the in some 360⁰ hot oil for 16 minutes and WALA Magic. They were Delicious and will continue use this creole butter on EVERYTHING I cook or smoke or GrillWish I can give it 10 stars

Instead of saying Creole butter. They should sell it as a creole vinegarette dressing for salads. Was not anything like I expected way too vinegary was not impressed. I was leery if I would like it or not so I did not inject the whole turkey. I was not a fan of the injected side of the turkey. The side of the turkey that was not injected I chopped it up threw it on a salad had a little of this for dressing and it was amazing. I will stick with Tony's injectable butter. I did find a new low calorie salad dressing.

This product was, in fact, everything I hoped it would be. I will re-purchase this brand item. If you are a cook, it is an asset to your cupboard and refrigerator after opening.
