I felt like I needed more magnesium, so I decided to try this brand. As a senior, I really appreciate the slow extended-release formula-it's made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I am able to relax, feel calmer, and drift off more easily to sleep. Magnesium has also been helpful for leg cramps, which is another big plus. Overall, this has been a great product and I highly recommend it.

I am very happy with this mix of Pot and Mag. Saves money, good quality. I take them at night, with my K2D3, as that supplement needs magnesium, so they say. Added benefits: less cramping and better sleep. I like the quality of Life Extension.

Not what I meant to order

This Life Extension potassium with extended‑release magnesium is easy on the stomach and simple to take. The slow‑release formula feels clean and consistent, and the capsules are a comfortable size. A dependable option for everyday wellness support.

Works great. I take in addition to my blood pressure medication to lower and maintain a normal pressure.

I am giving four stars, instead of five, for the following easily-fixable reasons: a) On the payments page, I was not able to delete the details of my previous payment cards. And though the current card remained clicked on as the one in use, I was not able to confirm it, and sure enough, I got an email saying that my payment had not gone through. But I was was given the option to 'Update' and all is now fine, hopefully. So, may be look into why that glitch happened and something can be smoothed out on that page. b) I would have preferred an SMS on the day of arrival, because with no indication of the time of delivery, I was left unable to plan my day for several days until all my parcels arrived. If I had no work-hours flexibility, this would have been more problematic for me. I am grateful, though, that Amazon was able to group together five of the seven items that I had ordered, into one delivery date. I received my sixth item today, with just one more item expected. So, with thanks for your efficiency, I leave you four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
