used for my open fire nice guard as you can change its shape slightly to fit around your fire place

I don’t often write reviews but have to say this fireguard is exceptional! It not only looks good but is extremely robust and well made. My great grandchildren will now be safe when they visit. Great value for money I’m delighted with my purchase!

We have a log burner in an inglenook fireplace and needed to make the space secure from a puppy. We used a section of an old dog pen on each side of the inglenook and needed to fill the gap in the middle to keep the puppy out whilst allowing easy access to the stove. This provides the ideal solution at reasonable cost. Whilst the guard is not very stable on its own due to the small size of the feet, it works perfectly well when standing against the dog pen sections. We would not trust it freestanding on its own to separate a child or puppy from the stove.

It is really good value for what was paid. It does its job, is small and doesn't come apart. Looks good like it belongs in front of the fireplace.

One end of the guard is not made up, in lots of pieces with feet, etc loose in bag, no assembly instructions, not impressed. Cannot see on description that you have to do this

Sturdy and pretty looking fire guard, stops any spits coming from the fire and doesn't get too hot! Well made, very pleased with my purchase.

This is a very good fire guard at a reasonable price and with a fast delivery makes it easy to recommend.

I bought this as we had recently opened up our fireplace and were worried about logs spitting sparks onto the carpet. It was very reasonably priced and I did have some reservations that it would not be that good given that you can pay hundreds for similar items. However, it arrived pre assembled and when stood infront of the fire, almost became invisible as we have a black fire surround. Its the right width and height for the job and I assume it would be for 95% of all domestic open fires. Since we got it, I have had to twist the knobs above the hinges a half turn to tighten them but it takes seconds and is not a reason not to buy. All in all, I am very satisfied with this fire guard and would recommend it to others looking for a no nonsense fireguard.

Svolge bene il suo compito e, non so perché (visto che dovrebbe essere di metallo), non si surriscalda.Il design è semplice e pulito come serviva a noi. Consigliato👍

Aunque pensaba que con su peso iba a ser inseguro cumple bien su función y evito que esas chispas que a veces saltan no ocasionen un accidente. Hay que tener en cuenta que su estabilidad depende de lis laterales. Es una de las pegas que pondría en algún modelo he visto que justo en los vértices entre el panel central y los laterales tienen unas patitas adicionales pero en conjunto estoy muy contenta con la compra.

The media could not be loaded. È carino, ma la qualità è scarsa, perché non si regge bene, alcune piccole parti sono danneggiate, ma nei negozi i prezzi di quelli buoni sono il triplo, quindi mi accontento.
