Hello Jo, when shower head is rested in wall bracket it's angle can't be adjusted. Shower hose is 1.5m, which is standard. You may want to consider wall mounted slider rail that will allow positioning of shower head at different heights and angles. Is the water spout slightly angled like shown in the line drawing or does the water fall straight down like shown in the photograph in use?
