I am old enough to no longer need these for their intended use, but I use them on long flights to help stay fresh. Just remove and replace on your layover, then show up to your destination without swampy undies LOL. And they are so tiny, it's easy to pack a couple for the return flight home. The only reason for 4 stars is that because of the thong cut, you lose SO much surface area. It's made for thongs more narrow than I've ever worn. But I do like them - you don't get that extra sticky part on the wings sticking to your cheeks like the non-thong panty liners!
