AkiconCopper Single Handle Pull-Down Copper Kitchen Faucet with Spring Spout

We wanted to do all our hardware in antique copper so this faucet matches perfect, the spring keeps it from stretching as far as i would like it to , but doesn't affect it performance at all

We love the way this faucet looks! It’s even better in person. Unfortunately, the little button that lets you switch between shower mode and stream is defective, so now it is always stuck on shower mode. I contacted the seller because they have a 5 year warranty, but they have been unresponsive. I had to take a way a few stars bc of the customer service and defective piece.UPDATE 2/26: Customer Service reached out to me and has been amazing. We received a new head that functioned properly, but it appeared to be missing a gasket so the spray was quite strong. I contacted them again and they found another gasket and another, brand new, head which they had shipped to me. They sent emails to keep me updated along the way! Like I said in the original review, we really do love how it looks. I added a picture for scale. Highly recommend!

I waited to leave a review for this because we were renovating a new home, so I didn’t use it for 3 months- for we weren’t in the house yet. I have been using it since September (so 4 months) and the button to switch the spray nozzle has gone out. Save yourself and buy a name brand faucet from a big brand store. For as much as you pay for these stupid things, you would think the button should last you a few years- not a few months. Super disappointed in this. The only good thing about this faucet is that it’s beautiful. But in the end it’s a waste of money.UPDATE 1-5-20: I emailed customer service about the faucet, they got back with me within 24 hours. They shipped me out a new faucet head, and when I installed the new one, it not only worked but the water pressure was WAY better. The original head must have had a defect, and it looks like they updated the engineering on the new one. I changed my review from 2 to 4 stars because they have great customer service and they stand with their 5 year warranty.

I would give this faucet a 5 star but it says it’s a pull down and it’s not. It’s a swivel back and forth. Seems very well built other than it DOES NOT pull down, which was the most important part to me!

There is no information in the box for warranty.Faucet is beautiful, but the button to change the flow from spray to stream stopped working after 2 weeks.Not sure how to fix this faucet and I do not want to buy a new one.Update 2/2022 ended up replacing the nozzle with a delta because the nozzle quite working again.Update 12/19/19: You have to go to the product page on Amazon and look on the bottom right for the warranty info. Basically, send them an email. They responded within 24 hours and requested I order a replacement nozzle. They refunded the cost back to my card and the nozzle is on its way. The faucet is gorgeous, I purchased the pot filler and cabinet and drawer pulls to match. Fingers crossed that this new nozzle doesn't have the same defective piece as the one that came with the faucet. As I see from previous reviews, I am not the only one to have this issue. The good news is we can get a replacement nozzle.
