Decent Printer for the Money
This printer was purchased solely for the purpose of on-site event printing and photo booth prints. I also purchased an Epson PictureMate battery pack ($50) for cordless power and an AmazonBasics USB 2.0 Cable – A-male to B-Male ($6) to connect the printer to the pc (cable is not included with printer). I opted not to purchase a Bluetooth adapter to ensure reliability and faster print speeds.I first put this printer to the test in August where I took pictures of event goers and printed images right away. My pc has good memory and processor speed. There was not a lot of programs installed on the pc to slow it down. I was still using the ink and paper starter pack. The ink lasted throughout the 20 page starter pack. Images were printed at 600dpi. Printing time was about 41sec.I used the printer again for a four-hour photo booth event. Again, images printed at 600dpi. Printing time about 41-44 sec. Used only one battery pack. I kept a stack of paper loaded at a time (looked like 20 sheets but I didn’t have time for exact measurements). I fanned the paper on both ends before loading to prevent sticking. While in-between events, I did have to run maintenance to remove streaks after not printing for about a week. I believe this is problematic with most Epson and Canon inkjet photo dedicated printers. I have Canon Pro-100 and I run a print job at least once every two weeks to prevent the print head from clogging. Paper is stored flat to prevent curling. To carry this printer, I use one of my wheeled duffle travel bags. I set the printer in the foam base that shipped with the box. It helps to stabilize the printer in the travel bag. I have room for extra ink and paper and battery packs. You can use the box it shipped in, especially since it has a handle.Overall, this is a decent printer. The printer paper is not water resistant. I only used a drop of water to test that theory. Keep in mind that print heads may clog with non-use.A quick note: The manual states to allow the print head to charge when a new ink cartridge is installed. Not doing so will cause the printer to use more ink.

Love it but ink runs out FAST!
I bought this to do some light scrapbooking and printing. I live in Los Angeles so convenience is EVERYTHING. After printing the first 15 pictures, my machine just told me that I am low on ink and should replace the cartridge. Seems like this is going to be a pricey little en devour but so worth it for my light usage. Quality is ridiculously amazing! The pictures look even better from the ones that come from the photo lab. Very impressive. However, you can't plug your iphone into it with the USB because it wont recognize the pictures. And you can't have the pictures on a flash drive because it will not recognize the pictures. So the only way I found it recognizes images to print is if it is on your SD card. You can just use your SD card to transfer pics from your phone then to you computer then to you SD card and then to the printer. It's not as annoying as it sounds I just wish I could pop my phone into it. Also, if the photo is too big for its printing ability, it will not adjust the size to fit the frame, it just grabs the middle. It will not let you move up or down or left or right to adjust where you want it to print to fit the frame. Again, I just got used to it. I hope this little thing works in the long run!update after a few years: It's been a couple years or more since I used this. It just stopped printing good photos. The images were green and just not okay by any means. HOWEVER, I got it back to working like new! Here are some suggestions:1. Replace the toner. ONLY use the brand name toner, don't get the after market cartridges. You'll have a TON of paper left over after each toner you go through, so just beware I think that's normal from what reviews I've read.2. Go through all the print settings and "clean" it up. I had to press "clean" about 20-25 times before I restored it. So don't give up!!3. Store this in a room temp area. It messes these machines up if they get too hot or cold. For instance don't leave this in the garageHope these tips help! I still love the convenience of having this little machine. Pretty awesome! Worth it!

Printed really great pictures for awhile then the quality severely dropped. Photos started to lines through them and I couldn't seem to get rid of it. Tried all the trouble shooting tricks, cleaning print heads etc, but couldn't fix it. Great printer in the beginning though.
