3100A Pneumatic Caulking Gun with Air Flow Regulator, for 10-Ounce 10.3oz 10.5 OZ Cartridge

I was quite wrong about that. I thought having a pneumatic caulking gun meant you'd have no control and would waste most of your high viscosity liquid nails...wrong again. In fact, I think this is the most wrong I've been about a tool in a long time. I hooked this gun to my small pancake compressor, turned it down to 60 psi, loaded up a 10oz tube of Liquid Nails, clipped the tiniest tip of the nozzle and laid a perfect 8' long 1/16 inch bead so cleanly there was no need to touch it afterwards. My hands would still be claws if I attempted that with a manual gun.Effortless, efficient, clean and wholly impressive. It took a job I usually dread and turned it into nothing while saving me about 90% of the normal time and 99% of the normal effort. It's a crime that I didn't buy this thing sooner.

While a great idea and I did get a bit of use from it, only by regulating it by a secondary regulator. Way too much hassle to continue working with it. Pressure regulator attached to the unit totally inoperative.

I bought this to fill long cracks of a quarter inch plus-minus in my concrete driveway. It worked pretty much as advertised and made it much easier to control the placement of the caulk/filler without repeatedly squeezing the handle. The flow is independently set from the trigger and I would have preferred having the flow rate controlled by the trigger. But I don't do a lot of caulking so for my purposes this device worked out very good. If I expected to do a large amount of caulking/filling work I would get one where the feed flow was controlled by the trigger. But for my purposes the benefit/cost of this device was just right.

Push button and hold for a smooth flow... this is about a fifth the price of a battery powered caulking gun. I was impressed for the cost!

This gun is easy to use and gives amazing control over the amount that flows out. I bought additional tips to help get the right size bead.

Didn't work out of the box. Sadly i didn't need to use it till it was out of the return period. Felt cheap. Not surprised it didn't work. Garbage. I guess i can use it for target practice.
