Bad product Zero support
The iron needs replacement which is accepted by the technician who came for visit but there is no support from Usha. Running pillar to post to get replacement. Also Do not buy Electricals from Amazon. No product support by company if you buy online. Henceforth will revert back to store purchase for Electricals.

extension wire quality is very poor
best thing about iron is its price but after a year and half wire get short at both ends, quality of wire used is very very poor, it aluminum with very bad quality which resulting in short circuit.
