The quality of the stones wasn’t good, I gifted someone

The hook is impossible to open and use
The media could not be loaded. The bracelet is no doubt beautiful but the hook is not working. I have joined another hook as I like the colour nd design. Rest if anybody is willing to buy they should have an extra hook to use in the time of need otherwise the purchase is going to disappoint.
