Ten times too big but worked with my Dell laptop when nothing else would
This thing is huge -- tiny desktop size -- never the less, it worked when 3 other nicer-looking docking stations didn't.Pros:- Works with the Dell Latitude laptop that IT provided me- Has a DisplayPort in addition to HDMI- Has a power button for on/off/reboot without opening the laptop- Recon item is affordableCons:- Aforementioned size- Uses a power brick with a barrel connector rather than a USB C charger

Not worth the deal.
Cheaper than most docking stations out there but the first one I got sent did not work correctly... Had to bend a wire for it to work properly and if it moved it would lose all connection. The second got super hot and I just felt like it was a huge hazard to use.

Works great for my setup.
The cable had a small kink so I was worried it might short eventually but after a day or 2 of it being unpacked and it's had a chance to relax, it will be fine.

Not fully functional
I ordered this TB docking station- the USB’s didn’t work. I received great support from amazon and the seller, they sent a replacement for free, but it didn’t work at all (none of the ports). I ended up keeping the first one with partially functionality and trashing the second one. A for effort, But I didn’t get a fully functioning product.

Great deal on refurbished unit
The Dell TB 16 dock works great but initially i had issues out of the box. The USB drives would disconnect. After some research I learned that users will need to make sure they load the updated drivers before it will work properly. Dell has important troubleshooting and set up guides on their support pages. You must flash current BIOS to your system thru Dell Update application. There are some important USB drivers and firmware updates that must be installed. Finally you should go to Device Manager > System Drivers > Thunderbolt Controller > Power Management and uncheck the box for “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”. Once I performed all these steps it’s works perfectly. The refurbished unit was a great price.

Stopped working after 9 months
I liked all of the ports this docking station had to offer. However, I purchased a "renewed" product and it only lasted 9 months. Warranty was only 90 days so I need to purchase a new docking station. I won't purchase this one again.

So far so good - works great!
Working from home except one dat a week so I purchased this for the office and it is working great. Now I don't have to carry anything except my laptop. Just unplug and go.
