I've been searching for a warmer that I don't have to scrape out the wax or put in the freezer. The silicone insert works perfectly. I just turn it off (my large one) or unplug the USB cord (my small ones), wait for them to harden, usually overnight and if I want to change scents you just pop the wax right out. Very easy, no mess at all. The wax comes out in a nice clean piece. Then I just put it in a sandwich baby and label the scent on it. If you love wax melts you'll love this. The only drawback for me is that they are a bit pricey but for all of the melts I've thrown away because of the scraped up mess they make, the price for me was worth it

I needed a small wax warmer for my home desk. This one was the perfect size and I love the removable silicone dish. That truly makes cleanup very simple, and I love that. My two issues are that it's difficult to get the micro USB plug into the port in the back and that it doesn't heat evenly/adequately. I find myself having to rotate the tray to get my wax cube to melt, and even then it's hit or miss. I find sometimes I'll come back to find the wax in the silicone dish has hardened almost completely across the top, which makes me concerned that it isn't operating on a consistent current. I have tried three different brands of wax cubes to test it out with no success. Other than that, it's a great little warmer.

This ideal for a small space.

Working from home so bought this to smell fragrance while working. 2 months and it stopped working I think it might be the micro usb cord burned out. Very expensive for the size. Looked on happy wax website and no replacement cords. It melted all types of waxes very quickly while it worked.

This is great! Unlike over wax warmers where the wax melt tray is glass this one is a nice silicon. It doesn’t get hot to the touch so you can clean it easily if you want to change your scent right away!

I found out that the melts are better if you take the silicone covering off

I really do not want to write this review as I love Happy Wax. It is a nice warmer but it doesn't really release any scent. Had it in my kitchen, thought maybe area too big, but up close you really do not smell. Connected to my computer right next to me, no scent. Used 5 little bears. Thought maybe they didn't have a scent. Put them in my electric warmer and they were great. I love the style, tried taking out the silicone still not good. Maybe the connection is not strong enough. I DO LOVE HAPPY WAX though.

Perfect little size for the counter top. Easy to clean. Fun design too!
