Good scale, just remember the plastic cover on the top protects the top plate and sensor - it’s not meant to be used to weigh stuff ;)The good - responds quick, backlit display is easy to read. Buttons have a nice click/press feel.Stuff I didn’t like:- the box the scale was in was torn almost in half. Scale looks new, but hard to tell if it’s a return or not. That could be better.- the scale doesn’t sit level, two opposing corners are higher than the others, it tilts back and forth. I had to sand down the little plastic nibs (tiny feet) on opposite corners to get it to sit flat.- buttons are hard to see the function, very shiny and you can’t see the cutout symbols on them easily. Should be a matte finish to see easier. I took a sharpie and colored in the relief on the buttons to make them more visible (using paint would work too, like fingernail polish or model paint).Overall it’s a good value for what you get.

My husband originally bought this to use for his fishing gear when he couldn't tell what size ounce something was. I then stole it when we started doing meal prep/baking. This is perfect. I set a bowl on top, zero it and measure. There are several different measuring units available which makes it super easy to use. We have had no issue with this scale and we have had it for about a year now.

Measures tenths of grams. Way more accurate than my escali food scale. Escali has more units of measurement so I use it for lbs and oz. This one I use for grams.

This is a pretty good scale in my opinion, it not expensive and seems to weigh items accurately. I checked it with some gram weights that I have and it seemed dead on or very close to it depending on the weight used. the only thing that I can bash it with is the fact that the weighing center of the scale platform is not in the center, it is slightly off to one side. So I place items just a little to one side to get the best measurement, I think it would have helped if they would have had another support point for the platform to even the weight out on both sides of the platform, but it still work very good for the price. I don't regret buying it.

Well made calibrated and by an established American maker, accurate to the millimgram.

I researched this scale pretty thoroughly and decided it should serve my needs, according to the information available. I am in the process of balancing connecting rods and pistons on a BMW motorcycle engine . the scale requirements would be that it was capable of handling 3000g of weight, would be consistently repeatable and weigh accuurately to .1 grams. All of these were features touted in the Manufacturer's literature. These scales will not repeat pc. to pc. I have had them vary by as much as 8-10g. on weight as well as not going back to zero when the object is removed from the scale. The bottom of the scales were not flat and required rubber washers to be added on all four corners to get them to sit flat and solid. Asmuch as anything I want to purchase another set but have no idea where to go to get the accuracy and repeatibility I need. The shipping of the order was very prompt.

Checked with calibrated weights. It is spot on.
