This is my absolute go-to for shoe care - the MAXIMILIAN Shoe Cleaner Kit. I bought it mainly to deal with some stubborn moisture stains on my suede shoes and I was blown away by the results. The first thing that impresses about the kit is the quality. The 4-in-1 brush head is ingeniously designed. The rubber surface was very effective in clearing up general dirt and dust, while the steel wire surface, far from being too harsh as I initially feared, worked wonders on the stubborn stains without causing any damage to the material. The side film was a bonus, helping to clean dirt from crevices that usually are hard to reach. The highlight of the kit is undoubtedly the suede cleaning brush. Cleaning suede can often be a challenge, but this brush was fantastic for the task. It cleaned my shoes brilliantly, restoring them to their original glory, without the need for any additional detergent. I was particularly impressed at how the brush managed to lift off the moisture stains that I was initially worried about. Also, the fact that this is a versatile kit is worth noting. I've since used it to spruce up my leather jackets, sports shoes, and even some furniture items with excellent results. No matter what the material or object, it seems to adapt and deliver. Overall, I'd say it's a great value for money, especially considering that it includes two extra erasers along with the brush. What's more, I didn't have to buy any additional detergents or cleaning solutions, which is a plus. In conclusion, the MAXIMILIAN Shoe Cleaner Kit is an outstanding shoe care solution. It's the best thing you can do for your suede shoes, especially if you've been dealing with pesky moisture stains. The Maximilian shoe cleaner set is minimal but effective. I’ve already put it through use on several items, including my suede jacket (see photos). Even with decent rigor, the horsehair bristles stayed soft enough to avoid damage while lifting dust and surface marks. They have worn down a bit after multiple passes, which is to be expected. I replaced my old premium brush from Allen Edmonds with this one because I wanted a sturdier handle, and the thicker, stronger grip here is a clear improvement. The included erasers handle scuffs on suede and midsoles without falling apart, and the soft-bristle side even works to comb lint off blankets. This little brush is pretty great , used it on a pair of suede sneakers that i had to run through my washing machine. (Don’t Ask why :) ) I used the white rubber side to soften up the suede and then used the bristled wire brush side to get the suede all going in the same direction. Just need to be EXTREMELY careful with the wire brush side as it can and will strip/rip up the suede so be very gentle. I did use the included eraser to clean a small stain from my black suede sneakers without issue so the eraser works nicely also and it was really great they included that extra. All in all very happy with this brush its good quality.

First off this product doesn't come with two erasers it comes with one. Mine also did not arrive with the neutral beige color eraser as pictured, it came with a dark grey/black eraser which left a mark when I used it on my natural colored suede shoes. I wouldn't advise using the dark eraser on lighter suede full stop. As for the brush, it does work :) The wire bristles do the heavy lifting. I don't use any suede sealant, I just wait until they get dirty and follow this protocol: 1. Hand wash with a solution of warm water, dove soap, and a soft britsle brush (I use a small horse hair brush but you could easily use an old toothbrush). 2. Rinse and let dry indoors. When they are almost dry, use the suede brush with the metal bristles and only go a single direction. Looks brand new and basically resurfaces the leather.

I had my doubts when purchasing this, but was desperate to save my "less than a month old" birks. Wish I wouldn't have tried to clean them up first with soap and water. It kinda faded the suede color. Anyway.... This kit arrived today, and I gave it a go. All so easy. No liquids or soaps necessary! The block thing feels like a type of rubber but use it like a magic eraser. It's amaze balls!

I had some really beat up suede toe shoes like pretty much ruined and it made them look really really good but it’s obviously hard to get them back to perfect when they’re that beat up so I applaud it for how well it did given the situation. The eraser does kinda just crumble though if you use the corners which kinda sucks and the rubber part of the handled brush doesn’t do much. I wish the entire brush part was the metal bristles because that’s what helped the most in getting the suede revived. But for the price, really great brush.
