I was struggling with some aspects of Polyamory that I had a hard time figuring out or processing through. This book was a huge help with helping me figure out the root of a problem through discussing and journaling. I would highly recommend this to anyone else struggling with certain aspects of polyamory. The book includes many questions to answer as well as quotes for you to comment on.
