Great product! Melts just so that it retains its form originality while sharing it's chocolaty properties evenly.

Didn’t melt! Turned into chalky gritty paste on low heat double boil. Yuck.

I read some other online reviews saying this had better flavor and molding properties than the standard craft store candy melts, I tried slowly melting at 50% for 30 secs at a time in the microwave and also even more slowly over a double boiler, and the results were disappointing. The molded chocolates had a chalky mottled look and the flavor was nothing to write home about. I expected them to at least taste as good as guittard chocolate chips. I didn't us for my event and didn't even binge on them in private (which normally I'm not all that picky about) because they tasted that bad. I pitched them.

these take me back to what my dad use to buy me, but did have coco butter on top of chocolate after melting, didn't effect taste
