Great Comfortable Boots, but with a shelf life
I was initially issued 2 pairs of these boots whilst serving in the UK Armed Forces and was instantly impressed. I bought another pair on leaving the forces, whilst working in the middle east. The only issue I had with these outstanding boots is that the sole 'goes off' after a period of time. The midsole just starts crumbling and disintegrating. Whatever material they use, they must have a shelf life. That being said, mine lasted a good 10 years, so no real grumbles, hence the 4 star
