Cut to fit good. No pain for first use, works great for me since I do construction.

The free heel pads came off the first time I wore them and left ugly marks on new shoes and the insoles made my feet sweat terribly. I am not sure about long term benefits because I will be tossing them.

I use the product in my running shoe and have been using it since I received it. However, when running or cycling, the insoles moves which made it feel uncomfortable. After I finished my workout, my feet hurts, so I would not buy or recommend this item

Not sure whether I could get accustomed to these. I alternated between pair of shoes. One felt comfortable and the other hurt my feet with the cushions in.

Haven't tried them yet. They look comfortable.

It works although they were a little small for my shoe. u will have to glue it to where u want it.
