Compact Convenience, Missed Connections
I recently tried out the SanDisk 32GB Clip Sport Go MP3 Player in Red, hoping for a convenient all-in-one solution for my music needs. While the LED screen and FM radio features were promising, I was ultimately disappointed to discover that it lacked Bluetooth connectivity and an SD card slot, prompting me to return it.Initially, I was drawn to the sleek design and compact size of the player, making it easy to take with me on the go. However, without Bluetooth functionality, I found myself unable to connect wireless headphones or speakers, limiting its usability in various settings.Additionally, the absence of an SD card slot meant that I couldn't expand the storage capacity beyond the built-in 32GB, restricting my music library size. These limitations ultimately outweighed the benefits of the LED screen and FM radio, leading to my decision to return the device. While the SanDisk 32GB Clip Sport Go MP3 Player may be suitable for those who prioritize simplicity over connectivity options, it fell short of my expectations for a versatile and feature-rich music player. If Bluetooth compatibility and expandable storage are important to you, I'd recommend exploring other options.

Finally an MP3 player that works!!
An MP3 player has one basic job, that is to play MP3's. By default it should do it in proper track order (unless you pick shuffle). I tried 4 or 5 of the cheap knock off brand MP3 players and not a single one of them would play songs in the correct order. Some would play albums alphabetized. WTF? Who listens to an album in alphabetical order. WTF?The Sandisk player however works perfect. I just copied my MP3's from my computer to the player and when I select any of the albums, the songs are displayed and played in the correct order. Bottom line, this player is simple to load and works correctly. Battery life so far seem to be as advertised - 16hrs before I recharged and it wasn't completely dead at that point. The sounds is very good. I don't hear any static or crackle at all in quiet music. That may be due to the fact I use a quality pair of ear phones. The buttons have a good feel and a positive click. I use this mostly while biking & working out and it's very small and very light, which is exactly what I wanted. It's also got the sport clip on the back, so you can drop it in a pocket or clip it on the edge of something, nice option.Update:It does NOT have Bluetooth. But this player is really meant to be a light and small for sports. Something you take when you go running, walking, biking, etc. And for those things it works fantastic. I'm liking this player the more I use it.

always keep your packaging for awhile and contact customer support to address issues
It quit working two weeks after I received it. Can not send it back as the pkging was not kept so I am out the purchase price. I had also purchased a 16 g model and I hope it continues to work. I have never had any problems with Sandisk products before. I hope that this is just a fluke and not something that will make me change my mind about buying sandisk. Edit 12/2/2019 Sanddisk is working with me to resolve the issue with this mp3 player. It is a neat little player and I really like it. When working it is fun and easy to use and very portable. I prefer Sanddisk products as I have never had any issues with them. I have another clip Sport Go player and also a clip jam player and have no issues with them and do not expect any to show up. I do appreciate the response from customer support and the Sandisk techs to help with this matter.

Don't waste your money!!
This is my precautionary tale of paying $60 for crap & why you should shovel out more money for a warranty which is a COMPLETE SHAME!!! Quality should be a given but it's not, sad...If I could give this a rating of -1000, I would!!I have no problem paying a little more for a quality product but I regret every moment of this transaction!! I have used Sandisk products faithfully for years. Camera jiggies, memory thing-a-ma bobs... You know what I'm saying. Never a problem. It was always my "go to" thing-a-ma-jig manufacturer.I have owned 4 other Sandisk MP3's over the last 15 years or so. Never had a problem with any of them. I used them constantly & they held up. The only reason I ever went to another was to upgrade to one with more memory.I'm retired now. I work one night a week just to get out of the house. I wanted a way to have tunes while the patients were quietly sleeping. I also had an issue in changing from a fried Lenovo laptop that had ALL my music to a Macbook air which is a whole different learning curve. So I purchased this on June 19th 2019. Took a week to arrive (free shipping.) Got it. Charged it.Hooked up to the computer it transfers music automatically. Nice. BUT it transfers EVERYTHING.7/2 worked, it was fine. GREAT battery life. However it was the 1st time I noticed the Christmas music. I love Christmas but I don't want to listen to Christmas music in July. No easy way to remove it & when you go to charge it, it just puts it right back. UGH.Next week tried to remove the Christmas music but it was VERY time consuming. Worked no problem.Forgot it 7/9. It worked 7/16. On vacation 7/23 & 7/30 so it wasn't used. 8/6 it was fine.8/13 I was getting ready for an 11PM shift. Removed it from the charger & turned it off until I got to work. Now this is the 5th time I was going to use it. Tried to turn it on... NOTHING. Not a flicker or buzz. Dead.So it was a long night. When I got home I attached it to the computer. NOTHING. Tried it on a charger. Dead, DEAD & Dead. Now I've never had an issue with Sandisks before so I didn't opt for the warranty. Why would I?Now I wish I would have. Amazon just directed me to contact the manufacturer. We ALL know what that gets you...So I have this little lump of nothing. Wouldn't even make a good paper weight. $60 dollars worth of nothing.I'd say buy a different product all together. If you do choose this one; make sure you pay EXTRA for the warranty! GOOD LUCK!!
