5 Fancy Guppy Males Live Freshwater Aquarium Fish

My first order came with 6, one alive, 5 dead on arrival. There were instructions for letting them know, and they agreed to cover the lose and send new ones out.There was a snow storm the day before they arrived. Shipped from Florida to new England. So basically it wasn't their fault. They packaged them well and with a heating pad.5 days later a new batch arrived. All alive. Clean looking and smelling water. The guppies sre way more beautiful than what Ive seen in petco. Im very happy with this seller and would purchase from them again.

We have 10 pictures of the fish sealed in original untampered packaging at the time of arrival to confirm dead on arrival, pictures of all the packaging that came with the fish (box, packaging from the box, shipping label).Where exactly shall we send them? To Amazon or directly to you, the provider?How can we send photos to the provider if Amazon prohibits that? Shall we send them electronically or print and attach to the package?We are ready to show you everything related to the shipment.The outside temperature on arrival was around 78F. All packagings were warm, everything was untouched.The temperature of the water of the fish bag was warm, appr. equal to the outside temperature.The water inside the package was was turbid, smelled rotten even unpacked. Water was spilled around the package. All labels and letters inside were wet.Water contained some stuff, probably fish poop.Fish were all close to the water surface, did not move and all turned their bellies up.Fish was definitely long dead when it arrived.

There were 3 and a half decaying fish in the bag of green water. I smelt them before I even opened them like they were dead a while. When I was 8 I had a Betta and when he died I couldn’t dispose of him and my mother wouldn’t do it so he started rotting in the tank and it took him like a month to decompose as much as these guys were. I got a notification a week before they arrived that they were shipped and sat waiting to be transported. The heat pack wasn’t cracked so it didn’t warm the fish at all and they stop feeding the fish 2 days before mailing them so they went over a week without food (and fish eat 2x a day) in a bag without oxygen or filtration

I have two left the rest have died.

All five of my new boys arrived alive in individual bags inside a box padded with insulated styrofoam and a rolled-up padded envelope (presumably to help brace the bags so they wouldn't roll around inside the box during transit). A couple of them seemed pretty stressed out from their time spent in the mail truck (understandable), but they calmed down once they got themselves settled in the tank I put them in. Two of the five look quite similar, but overall there's a good variety of colors and patterns.THAT SAID, the reason I've knocked off a single star is because Amazon gave an inaccurate Estimated Arrival Date (claimed the guppies wouldn't arrive until Tuesday of next week at earliest), so the new 10-gallon tank intended for them isn't quite ready for any new inhabitants, which means they're currently in the same 3.5-Gallon tank I have my shrimp, nerites, and assassin snails in, and will continue be for at least a couple more days. Add on the rock, plants, water filter, and little gator skull décor I have in there, and you have a tank that I wouldn't have even CONSIDERED putting the guppies in if I'd had enough time to get the 10Gal ready. :/In short, the boys are all doing alright, and and if past customer's reviews are anything to go on, this seller has learned from past mistakes and and is now taking MUCH better care to take precautions for the fish's wellbeing during shipment. Only thing prospective buyers should keep in mind is to make sure the tank you plan to use for your guppies is ready for them (or less than three days away from being ready at the very least when you order them) in case Amazon screws up like it did with me.

The media could not be loaded. Not very hardy fish got the first bunch one was dead on arrival the others all died despite long acclimation within 2 days but they were very responsive and send a second batch again one was dead on arrival and Lost 2 in first couple days but am left with 3 that I've had for a little while now they are fiesty little things chasing my barbs constantly haha should be other way around but these are aggressive little guppies I like em!
