No i wouldn't think so. But its beautiful cream for middle if cakes and tops.

How long is the use by date? Would I be able to buy now and keep for making at cake at Christmas (4weeks)?

Each time I have bought it it has came with a good date eg 6 months plus and if course you can whip it up and freeze it
