When I received them they were all melted together. Should have been shipped with some sort of ice product. I have eaten them before and they are awesome. Will probably wait til winter to order again.

The Sconza company is in Oakdale, CA, so I'm assuming that's where they're made. The package does not say they're made somewhere else.

Q: How do i get a replacement? the two packs i got had been melted. should ship with dry ice or take off the market this time of year.

Don’t buy them this time of year if the melting bothers you. We just put in the frig until hard and then cut with a big knife. Tastes great.
