I like this product but I have to wear socks when I walk on this mat since it is very sharp. Stimulating for my feet.

Its should not very sharp

This is now part of my morning daily routine. It really helps support my back when doing pilates on the floor. Glad I purchased it.

Very good mat, could be a bit longer

Gifted this to my mom and I might steal it back for myself since she doesn't use it often... definitely recommend with use of a blanket or something thin to separate from the acupuncture points for the first time you use it if not used to acupuncture. It's something to slowly ease in to, but I love it!

The mat takes some getting used to definitely but works as it is supposed too.
