Great magnet shoe inserts! These purchased to replace some others purchased years ago w slippers; am happy to find these ones. The ones received are sturdy and seem to be wearing well. As noted for a 9 to 9.5 women’s size will not need trimming; these are medium width. Clearly I like magnet inserts, believe they help with stiffness and inflexibility, and have been wearing such for over ten years. These seem to work as well as ones previously owned.

As a healthcare worker, I am on my feet constantly. This insole is a nice extra support. I like the miniacupressure points, but I also noticed that if you are sensitive to them and they bother you they are easily removable. You can also flip the insole over for more pressure from the nodules. I definitely recommend it. Also, if you are a size 9/9.5 you don't need to trim the insoles at all, but they do have markers if you have smaller feet. The insoles help align you from the bottom up--the moment I wore them I felt like my hips adjusted. More support is always better.

They helped my back pain on my feet for 8 to 16 hours

My mom swore by these, but they didn't do much for me. My sister also got them since my mom raved about them and they also worked for her. I just can’t feel them in my shoes with socks and I need to wear socks. :) Still kept them though lol

These insole came with old rubber band marks and already had tear of the side of the edges. Luckily my feet were small so I cut the part off and adjusted my size. It was poor quality and the magnets came off one by one. I liked the idea of insole. Hope improve the quality of the product.

I took these with me to a military school where I knew I’d be on my feet a lot and slipped them in my boots. They were a perfect fit. Wore them one whole day and was conscious they were there every single time I put weight on my feet. They didn’t hurt. But they also didn’t help. I didn’t want to think about my feet every time I stepped so I only wore them that one 12 hour day. I did not pack them in my return luggage preferring to throw them away. If they work for you - GREAT! For me, they were more of a nuisance.

Here is another alternative choice for hurting feet. It worked for me. The greatest challenge is getting use to the feel of the inserts and minimizing wearing them initially and gradually increase wear time duration. This item is much more economically feasible for me than frequent visits to the reflexologist, massage therapist, or pain meds with unending refills. Why not give it a try the price of a 2 meal combo your feet are worth it you only have one pair of feet for a lifetime.

After buying every kind of shoe innersole or heel padding for my back, I have been disappointment most everytime. I had given up, but saw these. I didn't buy for a while but relented in desperation. No walking or standing for long periods was so frustrating and painful. After wearing these for a short while I could tell the difference. Now I'm not running marathons or anything, but I think I can now start walking for my health. I am so pleased!
