I am just now starting to grind my own meats, but for a first time user, the machine is amazing. Very easy to assemble, easy to clean, and it also feels, looks, and performs very well. Definitely would recommend this to anyone (novices/experienced)looking for a quality manual meat grinder. The price may seem a bit high but it's worth every penny to me. The only suggestions (2) I have to make are, 1: find a bigger and more stable hopper (the hopper it comes with fits very loose and doesn't hold much meat 2: Grab some cross cutters (only one comes with it) so that, when this one dulls you can pop in a new one and sharpen the first one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the heft of this thing. It seems literally bulletproof and I tested every piece with a neodymium magnet. It's all 18/10 or 304 stainless, which is of very high grade. (It draws a magnet, but with a much weaker force than iron, ordinary steel or 18/0 stainless. Aluminum has no magnetic draw, nor does chrome-plated brass. 304's magnet behavior is very difficult to fake.) The only exceptions, the end cutting circle grids, are likely 18/0 stainless, perhaps for sharpness reasons, and they should be dried after washing to prevent light corrosion. The suction cup smells like rubber, but it's simple to remove (remove the holding nut, draw out the bolt, and pull off the cup. Then you use use the stainless screw clamp instead. The entire thing breaks apart and can be machine washed. It even includes a spare white bushing. This company knows what they are doing and it shows. Other grinders we tried were a joke, including the Kitchenaid attachment which is aluminum :P

This is our first hand grinder. We like the quality for the price, stability, ease of assembly and use, easy to clean. Ground pork for meatballs and the grind was perfect. Will be trying it to make chorizo with the sausage attachments. Minor issues are that the separate plastic filling tray slides around, and there were no assembly instructions, though if I had paid attention I would have known how to reassemble after washing. I did find instruction on line. I may update this reveiw after the chorizo.

For the price and versatility of this grinder, you can not beat it. Performs really well, I used it the day I received it to make some 50% / 50% bacon burgers. From now on, will not be purchasing ground meat anymore, we will grind our own. Gave 4 stars for ease of cleaning but all grinders are painful to clean. Seems very durable and the suction cup performs well on our countertop. Will be purchasing additional cutting disks for it. Very happy with it.

Better than expected. Great quality, finish, attention to detail, design and ease of use. I love that I never have to clamp it down as suction is incredible on Formica counter top. I've used it on chicken and pork. Easy to clean.

自家製ソーセージ造りの快適化を目指し購入。まだ新しいからだとは思うがミンサーはバリバリ切れて気持ちいい。大きめな肉塊もグイグイ入ってくれた。ソーセージチューブは細い方が18mmとあったのでケーシング18mm対応かと思ったら、太くてセットが困難だった。計ってないけどチューブが18mmの模様。
