Its a half decent product. The music quality is nice considering they are $20, half decent bass. They look nice and the magnet on the ends are good features. BUT...the only pit falls are they aren't very comfortable and the Bluetooth is starting to annoy me a bit.BluetoothWhen im out and about i always have my phone in my hand or my pocket...sometimes the music is intermittent (10% of the time), sometimes its like waiting for a video to load, sometimes they just stop and start within a second. Im not 100% sure its the bluetooth connection, but its an educated guess.FitThey arent the best fit but they arent bad. If you are looking for ear phones on a budget i would recomend these but after maybe an hour and a half you will probably have to take them out and give your ears a rest (im using the smallest size ear budds).Overall i would recomend the product but its $20 so if i was you i wouldnt expect an amazing experience with them, its an ok experience.Most likely going to get some more expensive ones that are m

These have worked pretty good for me so far. They pair fast and easily with my Samsung Galaxy S8. The sound is loud and clear and I haven't had any issues with the audio quality (I'm not an audophile). I primarily use them at the gym and to listen to audio books, and I think they are really comfortable. Also the battery life has been more than adequate and I have not been disappointed at all with that.The only thing that I don't like is the volume control buttons don't seem to work for me. Every time I press the volume up or down keys, I hear a beep sound in my ear bud but it doesn't actually adjust the volume. I can only adjust the volume from my phone. This happens when I'm using all apps on my phone, Spotify, audible, Pandora, YouTube, etc. I don't know if it's a compatibility issue with my phone or a hardware issue, but I would give the a 5 star if this worked for me.*Update 5-20-2018*Great customer service from read my previous review and contacted me to get me a replacement. OK all around. OK audio quality for the price, OK battery life that seems a bit short for my habits. My biggest problem has nothing to do with the quality of the product as such, but with the nature of the basic DESIGN - I can't wear comfortably with ear-protectors in situation where there is heavy back-ground noise such as while blowing snow. Just fits, but very uncomfortable for any length of time. Also, unlike some more sophisticated DESIGNS (with microphones)it is nearly impossible to carry on a conversation while wearing.On the Positive Side I think the DESIGN allows one to avoid many situations that strains the cable connections as when taking off while wearing a scarf.All in all I like my "Tork" (neck wear) design just better, but then I paid twice as much for that product.UPDATE:I was sent a replacement model (updated?) model by Patozon, and I REALLY REALLY appreciate many of the design changes. Purchased these cause I got sick and tired of a cord that got in the way while working! I've used these constantly for the past two weeks and so far have ZERO complaints. They stay in my ears very well and are excellent at noise canceling as they seal very well. I have run these nearly 5 hours straight playing music and the battery showed it was still at 50which is excellent. From 50battery they charged fully in a matter of 30 minutes or less. What surprised me most about these was the sound quality, being perfectly crystal clear- quite excellent compared to other bluetooth earbuds I've purchased in the past that sound awful. Update: The seller contacted me and tried to make things right by sending another pair of headphones to see if they work better. I haven't checked them out yet but just the fact that the seller would go to that length to improve a customer's experience speaks volumes about their business values. I have used the headphones almost daily for the last month as my workout headphones and they have performed well. The battery lasts for at least a week of one hour sessions and charges pretty quick. The issue I was having with the audio cutting out and being distorted seems to be attributed to interference rather than the hardware itself. I noticed that it mostly occurs when I am in the kitchen listening and the microwave is on and stops being a problem when it turns off. I was mistakenly attributing the problem to a kink in the wire but after testing that out as well, that doesn't seem to be the issue.Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the company that sells it. I bought these headphones, because I moved into a new space at work. The new space has surprisingly loud A/C units running full time. Sony and Bose noise cancelling headphones were unable to significantly reduce the noise.These earbuds include 6 pairs of sleeves: three sizes, one set in foam and one in rubber. The foam sleeves are exactly like foam earplugs. They do a great job of expanding to fill your ear canal and block a great deal of noise - even without music playing. These can take a little while to get used to. I've been sleeping with this type of earplug for years and had no difficulty acclimating to these.The sound is great. They sound significantly better than my slightly more expensive Sony noise cancelling headphones.As other reviewers have noted, the noise isolation is so complete that you should not use these in an environment where they might cause a safety issue.
