Superb Display Piece!
The shapes of the continents were much better than I anticipated. It can't be easy to form hundreds of countries into a recognizable globe, but they did it. If you are expecting it have perfectly outlined continents and countries, don't buy this. I find it more interesting that they are not perfect. From a distance, you hardly notice. This is almost a centerpiece in my living room, and it earns that spot. I turned one of my overhead display lights onto it, and the soft amber glow on this beautiful, shining surface is awe inspiring every evening.

It was very nice but not as big as I was wanting.

To be able to spin on its axis w/o any worries
My only complaint is that the axis hardware was loose and i am hoping that my tightening of the screws all in all i consider it a good buy
