Q: No warranty? I bought this May 2020. After few months it's become so dull it isn't smooth even cutting onions

yes full tang. with rivited sides

Q: Is this knife any good for sushi

Never had sushi myself, but the knife is very sharp due to the sharpening edges as you remove the casing. I've only use the knife on meat, which it cut with ease.

Q: Does anyone know if blade & handle are one piece of steel ?

I believe it is a solid tang that goes all the way up the handle and then bolted together it's very good grip and controls well
