These are a perfect choice if you want a nice nutty flavor but not the extreme heat. They are spicy but mildly so. Flavor and aroma are outstanding.

These chili peppers are excellent. The bag is resealable to keep them fresh for a long time and the chilies themselves are so potent and tasty!! They are smaller than other varieties I’ve had in the past, but they did add the exact spice i was looking for. I also see the smaller size as a benefit because you don’t need as many to get the same taste! So impressed, will definitely purchase again.

Pretty flavorless
Used these to make Szechuan green beans, they are extremely mild as in basically no spice, which is whatever. But they didn’t seem to impart any flavor at all either.
