Samsung Galaxy S10 128GB Prism Black Sim-Free Smartphone (International Model)

Bought this phone after upgrading from iPhone. I was a bit sceptical at first moving over to Samsung but took the leap of faith. Have been using this phone for 3 months now and I have not regretted my decision for one day so far. Exceeded my expectations on every level every day. Fast, reliable and amazing! The photos are definitely the main feature of this phone and looks better than any mainstream camera I have used so far. I would 100% reccomend this phone to anyone any day!

Great product and I would definitely recommend. I've moved from apple after many years and I don't regret it. Fingerprint is a little annoying when there is a glass screen protector but I'd rather have the screen protection and there may be better protectors out there for the fingerprint sensor.

Great phone in every way, especially the camera. Battery life is much better than apple phone. Delivery was prompt and was delivered in 2 days. International model works fine in UK and is fully unlocked.

Just switched from iPhone. Few things to get used to. I must say in the evening cameras need to really improve. Big minus for evening shots or videos. Overall very good phone.

I replaced my Samsung s9, with this Samsung s10 Smartphone. Very much appreciate the larger screen size, the s9 was a little small for me. The s10 seems to have a "snappier" feel to it as I navigate through the screens and menus. Although my version is specified as the "International Version" it was very simple to set-up for use here in the UK, and my SIM card works perfectly with the device. Certainly, the battery lasts longer on the s10 with, of course the right Settings applied e.g. screen automatic shut-off if unused for 2 minutes. Generally, well pleased with my purchase !!

The first S10 I ordered was faulty and I returned. After a few weeks undecided which phone to buy, I went for the S10 again and didn't regreat. The phone is great, picture is amazing... good battery life too. I recommend the phone.

It's the most feature packed phone I've owned with a rather slim body so fits very comfortably in my pocket but there are always going to be some problems with (b)leading edge technologies and the issues I'm experiencing are many including: - ultrasonic fingerprint reader is inconsistent, stops working often so I have to resort to less secure facial recognition - battery life is terrible, on average I get under 4 hours screen on time (basic Web browsing, texting) even with the resolution reduced to 720p. The problem may be the Exymos chip used on this model instead of the more superior snapdragon 855 used in US & China model - occasionally stutters when trying to launch apps, something I never experienced with my previous oneplus 3T phone I kinda wish I bought the Oppo Reno instead but oh well just gonna have to tolerate the flaws of owning a mass produced & heavily advertised device.

El producto llego al día siguiente de la compra, bien empacado. El celular llego en buen estado con todos los sellos y completo. Muy buen celular totalmente nuevo y original, audífonos akg y cargador para México. Trae Android 9 pero se actualizo inmediatamente a Android 10. Instructivo en español e idioma en el cel en español. Utilice un chip telcel y memoria de 128 gb y todo bien. Buen vendedor, respondió todas mis dudas y a un buen precio. Llevo apenas dos días utilizándolo, si se termina un poco rápido la pila y se calienta un poco en aplicaciones demandantes pero es muy rápido y hasta el momento todo funciona correctamente. Ya actualizaré con más tiempo de uso. Estoy actualizando. Después de dos semanas de uso, hasta el momento todo va bien, funciona excelente.

Es un celular muy bueno. La verdad me enamoré del equipo ya que tiene bastante espacio para guardar información y es rápido. Al principio se calienta mucho al instalar la actualización y las apps iniciales. Pero después opera con normalidad. La cámara es buena pero al usar la tercera cámara para el zoom máximo se pierde mucho la calidad de la imagen. No sé alenta ni se traba con ninguna app. Aunque las actualizaciones de software han sido un poco malas debido a que cambian drásticamente la apariencia, los lugares de los iconos y algunas opciones de herramientas. Solo queda acostumbrarse a los cambios. Gran compra y recomendable para los que usamos el celular para el trabajo y para los juegos.

El vendedor decía que el equipo estaba como nuevo y no fue asi,la verdad pésimo producto muy maltratado,la pantalla muy rayada etc y para el precio en el que lo compre no fue lo que esperaba,ni lo que prometió el vendedor,no compren con este vendedor que no cumple lo que promete

I absolutely love this phone, the camera takes such amazing photographs!!! Everyone is amazed and gives compliments on the pics. I am now the designated photographer whenever I meet up with friends or family because everyone wants to take pictures only on my phone! The battery life is great, charges very quickly and lasts for a whole day before having to charge again. My fiance has had Apple iphones for most of his life, but he now wants to buy this same phone after seeing it from me! I highly recommend, great purchase for a great value!
