ONE way stretch ONLY
The quality of this elastic is great. But it ONLY STRETCHES ONE WAY, the length of the roll. It DOES NOT stretch the other way at all. Retitle the item and warn of 1 way stretch in description.

Don’t buy this for clothing
This was purchased to use as a collar for a poncho. There’s no way this is a wearable item. It is very hard and stiff. Maybe it could be used to strap luggage down on top of a car!
