This is a great hot sauce. First, it's not as unforgiving as something hotter like Da Bomb but still packs penty of heat. So, you can apply enough to your food to get both a good heat level and good flavor. If you accidentally put just a little too much you won't ruin your food. Other hotter sauces need less sauce to get to my desired level of heat, which leads to less flavor, and it's easier to over-apply hotter sauces.Second, and very importantly, this sauce pours easily! Other sauces with a similar level of flavor and heat are usually much less easy to pour, and require a good amount of shaking. With this sauce, you can just shake it once or twice and it pours very easily, and the sauce is very homogenous with no chunks in it. To compare to common sauces, I'd say it has a similar consistency to Valentina.Finally, the price was good. I'll definitely buy this sauce again.

This is my favorite hot sauce. It is very spicy but also has a great flavor. I put it on everything because it tastes so good and has a decent heat level. This one is my #1 go-to sauce.

This sauce is very extreme indeed we used it in a hot sauce challenge it was 3rd hottest however it was first pick due to taste as it was very hot but did not have that chemical taste that some hot sauces tend to have I highly recommend

Personally I'm not sure I would say this is extremely hot, but I frequently enjoy rather spicy food, and capsaicin sensitivity is rather subjective. That said, I like the flavor and it does have a decent kick to it. Goes great on turkey burgers, pizza, and Mac n cheese.

10/10 amazing sauce! Great heat and wonderful flavor! I used this sauce for my super bowl wings and everyone was gobbling them up I couldn't make them fast enough to keep the plate from going empty.I made traditional wings (Franks + Butter) and "super hot" (Elijah's + butter). Folks definitely liked the Franks wings, but the Eliajah's wings just disappeared as soon as I put them out. Even for folks who aren't chili-heads, they loved the Eliajah's wings and the butter cut enough heat to make them just "pretty spicy" instead of "overly painful" for the average person.Today, I ate some tamales and used a bit of my left-over Elijah's (straight from the bottle, not cut with butter) and I was reminded of how absolutely delicious this sauce is so I had to write up a review.

OK! I have purchased my husband hot sauce every year for Christmas. Nothing has been as hot as it states, and I have been pretty disappointed! HOWEVER, THIS is, was and will be the one! I got him with this one. This stuff is HOT!!! Love the fact I got him this time! Highly recommend for those who like it hot, hot, hot and spicy.

Tons of flavor, not just heat. To be fair, I have an extreme tolerance to "heat". For me, this sauce has a very smoky flavor, much like Chipotle. Less sweet and more earthy. The peppers are the first ingredients listed, which does matter. This is not a vinegar laden hot sauce, it is rich in texture and flavor. If you like flavor, balanced with a lingering "heat", this is for you. I use heavily on red meat and poultry,but light in soups and sauces. The fat in broth tends to increase the lingering heat, which is why I use less in soups.

The only reason I give it a 3 it’s because it’s not hot enough other then that the flavor is good
