Great product but much more expensive than in the park.
Excellent product, excellent service and delivery right on time. If I had known it was going to be $25 more than in the park I would have just bought one in the park. I should have done my research.With all of that being said, they got it to me before I left for which I am very grateful.

Squeals of delight from my daughter-in-law when she opened this present. My son calls her a Potterhead. She was been 'sorted' into Griffindor! She's also the mother of four. I would have given it five stars except that it could use clearer details.

Doesn’t work
We’ve brought this to HP World twice now and it’s not working very well. Even the people working there can’t get it to work. Huge disappointment for my 5 yr old fan. A lot of wasted money
