Cougar/Domtar Opaque White Smooth 100# Cover 8.5"x11" (200 Sheet Per Pack)

Cougar is going to be my favorite brand of card stock from now on. I tried it because Cougar is a little less expensive than Neenah. I found it not as white, but superior for die cutting, and just as Neenah for strong for card bases.

Finally, after purchasing a number of packages of cardstock, I realized that for the perfect weight for card making, it's 100 lb COVER / 270 gsm. I was ordering 67 lb INDEX, then 90 lb INDEX, then 110 INDEX and NONE was the proper weight (they all arrived closer to copy paper weight NOT cardstock weight). So, it appears to me that it's not the lb that's as important as purchasing COVER versus INDEX. Who knew?

I have tried many different types of stock-experimented with every weight and finish. This is the best I’ve found for printing invitations and stationery. It is the heaviest stock that will work with my laser printer (manual feed).

Excellent option for card making, both as a base and for die cutting embellishments and sentiments.

The package arrived completely ripped open on 3 sides. Normally, I would not care, because it's paper. But this is an ironic gift for a coworker, and it came shredded to pieces. I would return it but the gift is for tomorrow, so now I have to deal with it as is.

Nice cardstock but it's texture is too smooth the feed in my printer. I tried many times and the printer just can't feed it through. Disappointed, but I can use it for handmade cards instead.

I purchased this & 110# cougar for ball programs. The #110 is nice, but too heavy for use in printer & copiers. This worked perfectly in both the printer & the copier. It has a good feel to it & is heavy enough to not look “cheap”. Packaging for shipment should have been better, as the wrap was torn. Luckily the paper was not damaged, so it turned out fine.
