Nice "Do it all" rod
I was looking for a rod to pair with my Daiwa Elite baitcasting reel. I wanted a rod that could do just about anything, top-water, crankbaits, texas rig, etc. etc. I did a lot of reach into these Elite series rod and decided to pull the trigger on this one. Medium-Medium heavy, so its a combination of both, it isn't too heavy but has a strong backbone with a fast tip. Mine came packaged without any problems. Have not gotten to put it to the test because of winter but I will update how it handles. Super excited to test it out!
