There was a small error during packaging. One of the hair dyes is not what I asked for. But I am satisfied because I love these products. Covers gray hair well.

My hair used to be ginger-ish as l used a very wrong color for my rote but not anymore. I have been recommended this and loved it since then. Highly recommended if you are blonde but don't like ginger

Professional product, good value

When I was putting the item in a plastic bowl it had a stretchy glue/chewing gum consistency which I thought was strange as I've used wella koleston dyes before, I tried to mix it with my developer but was very difficult to mix because of the consistency... the chemical smell was overpowering my eyes where streaming with water and fault as though I'd pass out so panicked and washed it off as this hasn't happened when I've used this product previously... I decided to look at expiry date on box and turns out it went off last year which explains consistency and possibly the overpowering smell after all its expired chemicals. Quite dangerous really.... needles to say I'm disappointed and not happy. And now I have a strange her colour that needs fixes even though I only left it on a few minutes.... and my hair is so dry and damaged after it. It smelt of burning chemicals when on my hair which is why I washed it off so quick.

This hair colour is the way forward if you do not want to use bleach on your hair. Mixed 1:2 with a 12% developer gives you amazing results. Absolutely amazing, clear blonde, no yellow tint, no brassiness. After the first wash the silver tinge disappears too and leaves you with a platinum blonde. The hair colour itself also lightens the hair further, so really no need for bleach. I've been using this colour for over 3 years and so impressed!

Perfect colour results for night lift ash blonde!

The description of this colour (12/11) is not correct I’m not sure how you could ever get a light ash blonde with this! This description needs changing as I am not the only one to write a review like this about the same shade. My hair is now an unflattering blue/gray and it’s ruined my blonde.
