Konig & Meyer microphone coupling bar - 23560

I have been looking for one of these for a couple of years, to compare microphones, and to be able to set up XY, mid-side and Blumlein configurations with different-sized units, also to try out spaced pairs.It is solid and practical. 6 connections is excessive, but you can remove and re-attach the connectors as you wish. There are other long 2-mic units available, but with advertised prices such as £245 and $325. This one is a snip by comparison. And of course it's a König & Meyer. Recommended.

Great value and pretty solid. Would be nice to have some measurements on it for placing mics consistently. Beware if you mainly use 5/8” fittings that this has 3/8” fittings to the 6 mic screws and the central hole underneath so you will need adaptors. This makes it harder to tighten up securely, especially to secure the mics at the correct angles and not have them move afterwards. I was experimenting with an OCCO array of 2 cardioids 28cm apart and 2 omnis 60cm apart. With that size arrangement there’s a bit of “spare bar” either end. I don’t regret this but I would buy something a bit better next time.

La uso para poner dos micrófonos en el estudio y grabar en estéreo. Cumple su función.

L'unica cosa che mi lascia un po' perplesso è l'assenza di asole in alternativa ai fori. Tuttavia rimante un buon prodotto, solido e funzionale.

Mi mancava solamente una barra di collegamento di microfoni per completare tutto il set degli strumenti che ho nella mia camera musicale.Ho deciso di acquistare questa barra in quanto sembrava resistente e abbastanza stabile.Facile da montare e smontare e anche facile nel collegare i microfoni.Tuttavia dopo qualche utilizzo ho notato che un microfono si era un po' svitato dalla barra, nonostante li avessi strinti con attenzione, il che è grave perché se mi dovesse cadere un microfono sarebbe un grave danno.Spero che sia stato un caso che la vite si sia un po' svitata e che non ricapita più.
