I prefer not to write a review too soon, in case an item fails down the line. I hope that this smoker gun lasts a long time and that the battery doesn't lose its charging ability. It works very nicely and easily to produce as much or as little smoke as you might want, has a long tube, and its shape seems to keep it stable. It's also easy to clean. I previously purchased a cheaper, cylindrical smoker gun that was defective and wouldn't turn on. That one wasn't so stable, had a shorter tube, and couldn't be easily cleaned, so I appreciate the Nia. I haven't tried it on many foods, but it works safely and well. The effect isn't like real hot or cold smoking; to me it's more as though you are standing right next to a fire or wood barbecue holding your food for a long time so that it absorbs the smoke. It's an effortless way to show off to your friends too--very dramatic-looking.

Love this gun. We live in a condo, so a regular full size smoker isnt an option. However, having used this gun, it is surprising how strong of a smoked taste can be infused in just a few minutes! My advice is to just go a few minutes the first couple of times. It only takes a small pinch of wood chips. Be sure to get the wood shavings type made for these type of smokers. We ordered a three cup pack of different flavored chips when we ordered this item. That will be enough for years!

Just received 10 minutes ago, opened raggedy box and discovered NOT NEW. User manual missing, the packaging tray was replaced upside down in box, unwrapped usb cord, out-of-place tweezers. Was it returned because didn't work? If I pay full price, I expect brand new product with everything in the box in its place from manufacturer. Not happy I was sent a previously used/returned product! This is meant for a gift, and it's embarrassing because it's obvious that it's not new...packaging looks like came from a garage sale.

I used this product. It is very good for vacuum seal and provides powerful flavor to food and drinks in seconds. I have been using it even since i received it. It is one of the best product ever. food lovers must have it.

Works better than anticipated. I have a large smoker for meat. This works great for cheese. Also used on some pork loin that I pressured cooked. It was very good and very smoky. Extremely impressed with the amount of smoke flavor.

Smoking gun is very powerful and it has 3 speeds to control the intensity. I was also very impressed by the vacuum seal function. Very convenient to have only one appliance with the function of both!
