Very pleased with the blind and Amazon's swift response to a faulty product.
The description of the blind was very accurate and the order was easily placed and quickly delivered. However, the blind had not been assembled properly by the manufacturer which mean that it was almost impossible to pull down and would not retract. I alerted Amazon to this problem and they provided me with a replacement in less than 24 hours without any quibbling or extra charges. The faulty one was collected a day or two later. The working blind was quick and easy to install, looks good, works well and is very good value for money.
