I learned about the benefits of black sesame seeds for women from Taiwanese friends and unfortunately I was late to apply this knowledge. I started using this a few months ago, and the main thing that I’ve really noticed are the strength of my nails. My nails used to crack all the time at the slightest amount of pressure or if I hit something, and today they grow very well. This is a very good supplement for vegetarians with all its macronutrients and trace minerals. I am not Chinese but many Chinese women use this after childbirth to recover from the loss of nutrients and to aid in their recovery. But this is not just good for that. I add it in my blueberry smoothie and it adds an interesting but delicious taste. I add it to my popcorn with EVOO or I mix it with oat milk to drink. Highly recommend for overall better health.This brand is Taiwanese, and that is the mother of black sesame seeds. Pricey but worth it. $2 more than my Asian grocery (more when the market has it on sale) but that’s the price of delivery if you’re not going to the market anytime soon.

This jar is full of flavorful finely ground black sesame seeds. There is no added filler, just 100% seeds. I sprinkle the seeds on cereal, yogurt, soups etc. Being black be sure you brush your teeth after eating them. Sesame Seeds have many health benefits.

This product is super yummy and it was very fresh upon arrival. I really have no complaints save for the fact that it seems as if you could easily make this product yourself in a food processor or food grinder (the only ingredient listed is black sesame seed).

I received this (very prompt shipping) Put a tablespoon in my mouth and rejoiced at the burst of wonderful nutty flavor. It's fresh (they put a pack of silica in the can to keep moisture from ruining it) and I couldn't wait to add it to other food. I would highly recommend this product..and I'd be ordering more real soon if not for the fact that in the 2 weeks since I bought it for $10.99 they've raised the price to $19.99! In my part of the world that's called price gouging. The stuff is good, but at $10.99 I thought it was kind of expensive, at $19.99 I suggest you buy some toasted sesame seeds and put them in a food processor.
