Medical information and Spiritual insight!
I had not read previous books by this author, but found this book to be extremely helpful and uplifting to me personally. I plan to go back and look at the pages where I turned the corners down to make a list of his ideas to work on for my own benefit. I like the spiritual insight and scriptures he includes all throughout the book very much. The medical information was quite educational, so much that I may make a doctor's appointment soon for some of the tests to see if I have some nutrient lacking in my body. Unhealthy habits are hard to break, but with the information in this book, it may get easier over time.

It's pretty comprehensive. It looks at "stress" from a number of angles and offers a number of options for change, including one with a Christian perspective.

Read every page!
I have researched "stress" for many years. I love this book because it has solid scientific information, great anecdotal stories, and relevant biblical applications that brings the level of wisdom and TRUTH that most secular books are missing. Plus, it is an easy read with a ton of golden nuggets to walk away with. I recommend it strongly.

Highly recommended
As a faith based psychotherapist, I am always recommending this book to my clients as clinically sound and faith based help. He describes my favorite coping skills for anxiety and provides information on mind, body and spirit health. I reorder this book, because I have worn mine out and given away several other copies.
