I have purchased several of these in different sizes through the many decades of cooking ( I am nearly 70 ) and I love the appearance, the heat distribution and how they last forever. Now I do all dishes by hand so I cannot say if they hold up in a dishwasher. I also like that they are a good weight for me...not so thin and light that they seem cheap but not too heavy for me either because I am very weak. I recommend all Farberware classic saucepans.

Heats contents quickly. Lid closes tight fully. Easy to clean.

Attractive, well made, and great quality for the price. I just ordered the 3 qt. since I needed a sauce pan a little larger than the 2 qt. You can always use another pot!!
