Firstly, if you’re expecting a leather-like material, as stated, this isn’t the product for you - then again, I think at £12 the price kinda gives that away.I purchased the 80cm x 40cm pad in black to protect a new oak desk from knocks, scratches and spills.Initial impressions: it’s a bit plasticky, but the presentation and finish is good and it has a nice texture on it to give that faux leather vibe (note ‘vibe’ not ‘look’ ). It’s double sided like all the best vinyl...It fits on my 120cm x 60cm desk very nicely and has enough space for a 13” laptop, mouse and comfortable writing space.After a few weeks of use it still looks like new and is very easy to clean - a damp cloth is all that is needed.To address a few common complaints I’ve read in the reviews:- it is rolled when delivered so naturally will have some curl when unrolling, it takes nothing more than rolling in the opposite direction and a bit of hand smoothing to get it flat, it took no more than 2 minutes. This may be more of a problem for the smaller pads which will have less weight to them... but even then, I can’t really see it being a long term problem.- the pad does slip on my desk with reasonable lateral force, but then again the surface is a satin smooth, so why would that be a surprise. With the weight of a laptop and other bits and bobs it’s not going to go anywhere, unless you’re an extremely vigorous typer... or mouser... or a bit elbowy when you write.For the money I think you’d struggle to find anything that betters this (apart from other identical rebranded Chinese alternatives) and it does the job well. If it wears quickly or gets damaged, oh well, I’ll buy another. But truthfully I can see this providing a good service for many years.So, yes, I would recommend this.

Faux leather feel texture, rounded corners, really has smartened up my WFH set up. Came with small tie loop for storage, a lovely touch. Would buy again in a heartbeat! Not super heavy duty, just perfect for a normal office desk set up.Small side note, if you have a desk with corners, just a reminder you will be able to see the desk underneath (as the mat has rounded corners).100 % would recommend

This was bought to provide protection and a surface to write comfortably. It does both jobs brilliantly. Came in variety of sizes. Good quality product.

Aesthetically, I really love this product. It's a beautiful soft baby pink hue, which fits in wonderfully with a themed pink and purple bedroom. Primarily, this mat was purchased to protect the top of a desk which is in frequent daily use - computer work, writing, reading, gaming etc. To that end, it does the job well.It's wipe clean (I've accidentally spilled tea on it, which cleaned right off without any stains), a good size and it both feels and looks high quality. It even comes with a strip of fabric made of the same material to keep it rolled up when not in use, which was a nice touch.Unfortunately, the biggest issue I've found is that it's VERY slippery on the wooden desk I use it on. Unlike other mouse mats and desk covers I've had which adhere and stick to the surface, this one slips all over the place with the slightest nudge. It's not ideal because I love the look of the mat itself, but to make full use of it, I'm going to have to invest in some non-slip fabric to place underneath it to stop it from sliding here, there, and everywhere.The second issue I've found is that it's a little hard to get the rolled up shape of the mat out. I've had it open flat on my desk now for over a week and the edges on one side are still curled up a little from storage (see photo). I've tried rolling it the other way around and even weighing heavy books down on top of it, but there's just a small bit of curve left at one end that refuses to lie flat on the desk. I'm hoping this goes in time and with use.Other than the above points, it's a lovely and well made desk mat or mouse mat. It works great with my laptop mouse, no issues there, is a lovely shade of pink and the cut of the fabric is precise with no loose threads or edges anywhere. Just a shame it doesn't stick to the desk like other mouse mats.

Laptop map is so lovely. It feel and looks good quality. So nice to work on. I would buy again if I need to. Recomend

It is a bit on the costlier side, but the product is good and came with proper packing and on time. Dual color is really a nice thing with it.

Fed up with a tiny mouse mat? want to make your desk look a little nicer? this is for you. I think I have bought around 10 of these now. I like them, they provide a nice freedom to where and how you use your mouse, in a shared set up with a left hander there is room to move around easily. I found that it was nicer to lean and work on than your usual desk and nice to use a notepad on as well. I have 2, one at home and 1 at work, my wife has one on her home office, there is one on my gaming rig and we have just purchase 5 to go to her work as they have refurbished their main offices. Can't fault them, they lay flat, feel nice, I've had all sorts of optical mice on them without any issues. Great price too.

Bought after purchasing a desk for my son to home ed. It has kept the desk looking new for nearly 5 months now. Most things like paint etc wipe off easily. Handy that it’s reversible also.
