I honestly don't know where to start. There are so many honest things that I'm going to say about both The Company and Their Equipment. Both are Excellent!Mike- Go Fitness is so considerate in every way! No, I'm not getting paid to sponsor this company nor their product. I'm just a verified customer, who now has various Resistant Pound Super Pushdown Bars from GoFitness (I absolutely love their Equipment!)To get into these items:PROS: 1. You will get great workouts from these! Especially, when you use them correctly!2. They are Engineered very well! They are very sturdy! They will last for quite a while for sure!3. The exercises you can perform with these are multiple! A variety of muscles on your upper body and your abs, shoulders, chest, back and arms, Etc... can be developed with this Equipment!CONS: There are none at all.Mike- Go Fitness.. As long as I've been on Amazon- Which goes back some years. I've honestly never came across any Seller like Mike. His Business Model: His Moral and Ethics are Supreme! But in truth, they aren't the premium quality of GoFitness SuperPushDown Bars.The springs on those by other companies seem to be lesser in quality when using them.GoFitness made their springs Premium Quality on theirs. Also, GoFitness sends their Equipment in nice boxes that show People on them using their PushDown Bars in various exercising positions. On their boxes, you can also see the various parts of the body that it helps to sculpt on it.The other companies just send theirs in a plain box. You take the equipment out and that is it.Also, GoFitness--Sends you a workout pad with their Equipment! With that pad- It allows you to do ab work, Etc...There are honestly so many perks that come with purchasing from GoFitness... You can't at all go wrong.I highly recommend this product!!! I'm so glad that I now have Several... I give much thanks to Mike!He has gracefully resolved any situation that I had questions about.I hope and pray that his business flourishes!!! I initially got the 50-pound one because I didn't want to overdo it. While it had a decent amount of resistance, it wasn't enough for me to get a solid workout in. I contacted the company on the provided card and they responded in less than a day, saying they would ship me the 90-pound unit. Not only did they send me the unit without any additional charges, but they also let me keep the 50-pound unit AND paid for expedited shipping. This is definitely the best customer service I've seen on Amazon. The unit itself is sturdy, well-made, and provides a decent chest workout. It's also great for triceps and biceps, so I'll definitely be adding it to the routine. Thanks again to the company!

Have the 50 and 70 pound versions. I am 73 have FSHD Muscular Dystrophy and nearly lost my legs in Vietnam. Have to use a Wheelchair outside because of Strength and Balance problems. I'm a mess! Had to stop going to the Gym when Covid hit, but was heading that way anyways. These are GREAT pieces of Equipment for me and probably anyone else. I use both in my office chair 4 or 5 times a week. The 50 has gotten to easy for most exercises but the 70 still works for most (though I'm moving up soon). Not all muscle groups are created equal, and I like training options. I have been doing some style of weight training for over 60 years and reality has taken me here. I have gotten Stronger using these and they keep me in the Game. I would have given them 5 stars but the 70 has begun to make noise with the spring grinding on the bars. If someone provides me with solution I'll be ordering the 90 next.

I purchased this item a few months ago and wanted to give enough time before passing judgment on the purchase. First, the item is solid and very well thought out. It targets the areas very effectively. Also, it has a very small footprint, which makes it even better for small workout areas. Simply put, the machine provides adequate resistance and that's what it was designed to do.In addition, the company is top notch, in my experience. I encountered an issue early on with my purchase (through no fault of the company), and the company went above and beyond to exceed my expectations in addressing the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this item to anyone looking to add a unique, high quality piece of resistance equipment to their workout arsenal!

Seems to be working, but the spring system is kind of loud but otherwise it’s worth it for the fast workout it provides my chest and arms feel stronger already and it’s only been about two weeks.

I was looking for something for a good Chest workout and this has worked out real well. It also offers a variety of exercises for a full body workout. It looks easy but the resistance gives you a tough workout. I started off with the 90 lbs and quickly realized that I had to go to a lower resistance. Contacted the company and within days I received the 70lbs which is more manageable for me. Great customer service! I am 69 years young and I take this with me to work, travel, and use it on days that I cannot get to the gym for resistance training. It is well made/sturdy and I can begin to see the difference on my chest. I am looking forward to graduating to the 90lbs. I will post an update with results soon.

This is an awesome company! I ordered the 70 resistance and it was too much. I e-mailed the company and asked if I should return the product, wait for a refund and order the 30 resistance. They said that were sending me the 50 resistance free of charge and to keep the 70 resistance so I can hopefully use that one in the future. They also said that if the 50 was still too high for me to e-mail them and they would see what they could do for me. The 50 resistance is perfect! They were right and know exactly what they are doing. I would give more than 5 starts if I could. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have been spreading the word to all my friends and family members as well. This company has a customer for life. Bravo!
