Ok so this is an awesome product, but we did receive a defective part (set of poles); however, the company is working to fix the problem. I added the problem that we faced.We purchased this for our 3 & 9 year old and it works awesome!Both swings are adjustableMy husband even got on the swing and no issuesDirections are not ideal but we were able to put it together with little issues (minus the one issue with the poles).So far I am pleased with the swing set.

Bought for our 3 yr. old grandchild that visits about 4-6 days a month. I wanted a simple, light-weight set that could be stored at side of house and then carried out to lawn when she visits. I wanted a set with the glider but I replaced the swings in the set with a "strap"swing and a trapeze bar, which both hang with chains rather than rope and are easy for me to remove for storage. It comes with a type of anchor but I devised my own with spiral anchors and ratchet tie-downs so it can be moved easily to store. The set was easy to assemble with my moderate DYI skills and the instructions were clear and parts labeled well. Very satisfied with purchase as it suits our needs. This set might be challenged with daily, multi-kid, use and is only recommended for up to 8 yr. olds.

Ordered as Christmas presents for grandchildren (2) one going to two separate addresses. One was received at one address, when tracking package for the other noticed 2 qty. were ordered when we only needed one more. Still waiting on that order to come in. I hope it comes in soon. Swing set seems sturdy and colors are vibrant. Have not set up yet for Christmas.

This swing set is exactly what I expected, it is a basic model which is what we wanted for occasional use when my grandson visits. The price was right and the swing set is actually pretty well made. If I had a pile of kids who were going to use it all the time then no, I would have gotten a more expensive model For my use it is perfect and the directions were flawless.

Everything got here with no problem. The only problem I had was the original box had one blue leg missing out of the box. I have had a difficult time only getting you to send me the one leg. I ended up with a whole new gym set. ONLY NEEDED ONE POLE THAT ATTACHED TO THE LADDER. Thanks for actually going above and beyond my expectation. I have until October to mail the rest of the gym set back. I am getting out the one leg that was missing from this box so the kids can play on it for once.

Its not terribly sturdy and you can really feel it jerk when the kids play in it. Also the swings are very slippery so we have to purchase something to put on top so the kids actually stay on the swings. And last was that the top green tube was warped and already had a dip even before the children played on it. Anyway, i guess we will see how long this lasts.

Normally I am pretty happy with my purchases and will put up with a lot before I complain. This swing set put me over the edge when it completely broke after only 15 months. The connections are completely rusted and one of the legs snapped in half due to rust.We live in Florida about half a mile from the ocean so we do have saltwater in the air. I know that contributed to some of the rust but to barely last more than a year is pathetic. The swing set is easy to assemble and can be done by one person. It’s light enough for one person to move or throw out. The swings that come with it aren’t the best but you can buy better ones that connect to the top easily.You get what you pay for with this.

I bought this because the price was great. On the plus side, it was easy to assemble. On the downside, the swings are USELESS. I have a 4 year old, and the ropes are so short the lowest the swings will go still puts them at her mid-back. She can't get on the swings herself. Furthermore, if I put her on the swings, she slides off. They are very hard, very smooth, very slick plastic. I wouldn't even feel safe sitting on them. Very disappointing. I would return the whole swing set, but I don't feel like taking it apart and repackaging it. I ended up buying replacement swings that my kids could use, and that cost an additional $50. For the additional money, I could have just bought a fancier swing set. Now that I have replaced the swings, the kids really like it and it's usable by the 4 year old.
