The Best 0.1mm Black Fineliner
As always, Faber-Castell PITT Artist Pens with the Superfine tip do not disappoint! These are functional, high quality, fineliner pens that are a great value for your money and will not bleed through your page. The ink dries quickly and the black color is extra dark.

High quality professional sketch marker!
Nice to be able to buy single pens without having to buy a set of sizes I don’t need. Thank you for that convenience! Great quality, professional grade! I use for the sketches I do with alcohol marker coloring!

Perfect for tiny details
Perfect for detailing your paintings. I paint rocks and this is perfect for the tiny details such as cat whiskers.

Good pen, description has the incorrect size
I'm an artist who does extremely fine detail work so I'm always looking for the smallest pen. When I saw this said it had a 0.01mm nib, I had to buy it. It is NOT 0.01mm, it is 0.1mm. That's a big difference. It's still a great pen but they should change the description. You can see the line size differences in the pictures I posted, using 0.03, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.5 so you can better determine what size is right for your needs.

Smooth writing, permanent, fine line
I enjoy using PITT artist pens. They are convenient and reliable. This pen is an extra fine point, around 0.3 or 0.4mm. I do a lot of small ink sketches that I like to color with watercolor. It's a challenge frequently to find a paper or sketchbook with paper that will take both ink and watercolor equally well. One I found and my favorite is Arches Text Wove (renamed a while back to Velin Arches), which is used also for text printing. This paper has a bit of tooth to it, which means that most fountain pens are tough going to draw and write with. Only a broad fountain pen tip doesn't drag noticeably. But for a small sketch a broad point produces an ink line that's too unattractively thick. However, this PITT pen works very well on this toothy paper, providing a smooth, free-flowing, reliable thin line. (It also works well on smoother paper too.) And I don't have to press down hard to get a line; a light tough does it. After a brief wait for it to dry, like a minute or less, I can float in the quite wet watercolors and the waterproof ink stays put, doesn't come up a bit. I wouldn't particularly recommend it for a lot of handwriting (to me, too thin), although I do take notes with it next to my sketches, and it's fine for that. But for extensive handwriting, I think an F or M would be better. But I highly recommend this pen to anyone who wants a thin, waterproof ink line in drawing, whether for artwork or even mechanical drawing. It's a joy to use.

This marker is recommended by Art Sherpa, who does free watercolour and acrylic classes online, and it does not disappoint! I am new to watercolour line and wash painting & managed to create this beautiful card with ease using this pen. I am so impressed with how fine the pen tip is for capturing tiny detail, and that it is immediately colourfast when applying watercolour.

Bought these pens from Amazon and received 3 years old manufactured pens that don't work. Got replacement that too of the manufacturing date of 2018 and doesn't work. Ultimately had to buy from local market. Disappointed from seller and amazon.
