These are a great size and are non slip. I like the black so they don’t look so grubby when I spill and can’t toss in the wash immediately. They have very good insulating properties also.

It's an excellent product and great value! Much better than others I have had in the past. Pot holders are not equal; big differences in quality and performance. Some are too stiff and hard to use, and others don't insulate enough.

Overall the quality of these are very good. They are stiffer than i expected so not as easy to use to grab hot handles, but they are great for just sitting hot pans on the table.

I cook a LOT and especially like these potholders because they are SIMPLE and effective. They are NOT mits, they have NO extra pockets or anything else. All of that stuff just gets in the way. These potholders are thick enough to absorb heat, yet still easy to handle and grip safely. They wash well too. 6 per package, and so when I finally wear one out, I'll toss it and get another out of the package. These are exactly what I wanted.

So what. It is thinner than expected and the heat gets through it. Copper tea kettle handle beats the pot holders when pouring 2 mugs in a row. However it is flat enough to put on the table and use as a blue suede trivet for sure.
