Sienna Luna Steam Mop (SSM-3006) (Renewed)

First off don't expect this to replace your mop or hand scrubbing floors it's not meant for your kids spilling jelly on the floor the night before and you don't wanna have to scrub it off the floor. This is more of a sanatizer and it does a good job for that. If you bought the hose it would probably work well with getting those cracks and crevices. This product is good for If your dog throws up and you wipe it up and wanna sanatize it without harsh chemicals but it's gonna take awhile to scrub pizza sauce on the floor In front of the stove. Black light doesn't seem to actually work? Maybe not positioned correctly. The regular light is nice. The vibration setting on mine worked for 30 seconds and then doesn't anymore but I don't feel like it would of done much anyway, better off scrubbing the floors with a mop and using this to stay on top of them once they're cleaned or for following up on a mop to get rid of that excess grossness you can't see smeared around your floors. Undeniably this thing does sanatize your floors and makes them feel clean on your bare feet for a nice refresher but no it will not replace a mop or hand scrubbing stuff off the floor. Also make sure your hardwood floors are treated and the coating hasn't worn off or you'll leave white spots like putting a hot pan on a cheap table top. All and all I'm glad I only spent $60 on this vs the full price for $100 would of been extremely disappointed.

This refurbished mop feels sturdier than the last sienna mop I bought new a few years ago. I was very surprised! When I used it for the first time I was really impressed. It did an excellent job. It steamed up more quickly than my last mop, and with the vibrating scrubbing feature it got my floor really clean fast! Love this mop! Comes with washable pads and is ridiculously easy to use! Just put on a pad fill it with water and plug in.

I had one I used previously. It was a different brand, much more expensive. It finally died.I didn't know what to expect from this.As one review said, this is my new favorite cleaning tool.It works like a charm. I'm a chaplain and have limited time to clean my tile floors in kitchen, den and bathrooms.This gets the floors steam clean with little effort.If there were a place for 10 stars, I'd give it a 10.I never take time to write a review. This one....I had to share what an excellent product it is!

I used this product for my kitchen and bathroom floors. Additional mop pads made me feel comfortable using the mop on either surface. The carpet glider attachment allowed me to steam my mattress with no problem.I would recommend this to anyone with small children or pets because it can be used without chemicals. I have sprinkled essential oil on the mop pad for a boost of scent. Lemongrass and orange are both wonderful and they contain natural disinfectant properties.I purchased this product "used". It was flawless. The accessories of course were new, but I saved close to half on the unit and it works very well.

Very easy to use. Did not come with instructions on how to set up. Had an extra piece that I did not what it was for. Was able to successfully clean all hardwood floors appropriately. Tank lasted for my kitchen hallways and 3 bathrooms. With plenty of water left in the tank

I didn’t get a manual with it or water container to fill the steamer with water. I have only used it twice but works very good. Love the three level of steam and love the vibration feature.

So many different features on this, including LED light, regular light, 3 levels of steaming, and {my favorite} a vibration mode to loosen dirt and debris on the floor. It also has a swivel on the mop so you can get into different spots. It picked up so much more than my regular mop does!! And this mop was so inexpensive so it was a great purchase!

Am a little disappointed. My first luna had a stronger steam flow and cleaned much better. Next time I purchase a steam mop...I will try another brand
